Dispensing Booth provides a safe, HEPA Filtered environment, for the dispensing of hazardous drug powders. Air is pulled away from user thru rear-wall pre-filters, trapping powders; recirculating air through ceiling mounted high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filterrated 99.99% efficient at 0.3 microns.) protects the operators from toxic chemicals / raw materials used for manufacturing of tablets, medicines, capsules etc. from external contamination during the process of weighing or measuring. It is ideal where a high degree offlexibility is desired. Containment is achieved by air movement. The product also known as Pharmaceutical Dispensing Booth.

PRINCIPLE:
The air forced downwards is extracted at low level into the booth’s filtration system where
dust particles are contained at each level of filtration prior to being re- circulated back into the
booths’ air stream. When the Booths is operating under normal conditions air is pulled through
the main working chamber to exhaust grills, normally situated in the rear of the Booths,
suppressing air-borne dust away from theoperators breathing zone.

All Dispensing Booths are available in the following materials of constructiondepending upon
customer’s choice.

• Fully Stainless Steel with satin finish (Gr-304 / Gr-316)
• polycarbonate curtains
DISPENSING BOOTH PARTS & FUNCTIONS:
HEPA Filters – HEPA filters prevent airborne dust particles up to 0.3 microns with airflow from top to downside. HEPA Filters are fitted on the top side of the machinewhich is also known as mini pleat filters.
Prefilters – Washable Box-type synthetic non-woven media filters are fitted on the bottom side of the machine. Rated Airflow is 500CFM with an efficiency of 90% downto 10 microns. Test Certificate of pre-filters & Air filters from WASEU LIFE SCIENCE PRIVATE LIMITED is also offered with the equipment.
UV Lights – Two feet of UV light fitted on the top with the illumination light.
Differential Pressure Gauge – Magnehelic Gauges are used to measure the pressure drop inside the working area 0 to 50 MM WC with a least count of 1 MM WC. WASEU LIFE SCIENCE PRIVATE LIMITED offers AEROSENSE magnehlic gauge with spec. Accuracy of 2% &calibrated from digital pressure manometer Model 477 AV – 00.
Curtains – Low Maintenance & Long-life PVC antistatic dustproof curtains aresupplied with
the machine.
